In vitro baby with your blood pressure elevated. Possible?

I am planning to become pregnant but I am not sure what to do with my elevated blood pressure. Due to constant stresses and nervousness it is always about 150-160 over 90. Is it possible to continue treatment if a woman is going to have a baby? Are there safe blood pressure drugs?
